So please to say that I have officially received my ABBE Level 3 award in Energy Efficiency in Older and Traditional Buildings. This is a recent mandatory requirement for Retrofit Coordinators working on houses that are per 1919. Which makes sense as they have their own set of diffculties and complications.
Having lived and worked in Brighton & Hove for many years there are so many homes like this up and down the south coats – they really need careful consideration – especially when you are insulating them.
